I had to buy this because I bought an LG that was under warranty and tech canceled appointment 5 or 6 times Still waiting for resolution it's been since Dec 24th So we were forced to buy something to keep food cold.Sometimes bells and whistles are just a bunch of noise.This fridge Is basic and works perfect

Bought brand new refrigerator from Lowe™™s: FFTR1814WB. Installed in our kitchen on the last day of September 2024. On January 3,2025 we woke up to warm milk and a melted freezer compartment. That™™s 3 months for a new refrigerator. When I called your customer service, nobody apologized for the hundreds of dollars in lost food. They only snapped at me to produce the receipt or I would not be helped. After emailing the receipt and calling them back, still no apology or helpful tone. I was given a work order number and told a technician would be here Monday. I contacted the local company and they emailed me at the close of business on Monday after I lost a day of work to say it will be NEXT Monday. This is unacceptable all the way around. You should stand by your product! I do not have the money to replace a $700 refrigerator every 3 months.

This is indeed a "garage ready" refrigerator. I purchased it in September, after the previous unit I had by Kenmore quit after 24 years. The Frigidaire unit worked well (while it did) but quit on me right after the Christmas holiday, two days before New Year's. I really do not like the wire rack shelves at all, my previous unit having nice neat glass shelves.

My 18 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready Top Freezer Refrigerator worked great for about 5 months until defrost timer failed. I needed the refrigerator fixed ASAP during XMAS 2024. So I paid for replacement of defrost timer to prevent $700 in groceries spoiled. The Warranty Process would take too long. After 24hrs installed replacement defrost timer and fixed refrigerator cooling problems. I still would recommend this 18 Cu. Ft. Garage Ready Top Freezer Refrigerator to other users.

7 MONTHS THE BOTTOM STOPPED COOLING, THE ONLY HELP FROM FRIGIDAIRE WAS THE PHONE NUMBER OF A VOMPANY THATS OUT OF BUSINESS TWICE. EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS. I am extremely disappointed with both the quality and customer service of the Frigidaire 18.3 cu ft Top-Freezer Refrigerator (Model #FFTR1835VB), which I purchased on June 28, 2024, from Lowes. I also bought the 3-year protection plan, hoping that it would provide some peace of mind regarding reliability. Unfortunately, that peace of mind has quickly turned into frustration.On December 23, 2024, just six months after purchase, I noticed that the refrigerator was warm and the freezer had thawed. I immediately contacted Frigidaire™™s warranty department, only to be told that the soonest they could schedule a repair was January 8, 2025™"a shocking two-week wait for something as essential as a refrigerator. When I expressed my concern, they claimed they had forwarded my case to their escalation department, assuring me I™™d hear back within three business days to arrange an earlier repair. Needless to say, I never heard back.After waiting longer, I called again, and this time I was informed that the only way to get an earlier appointment was if another customer canceled theirs. How is it acceptable for a refrigerator to fail within six months of purchase? And why is a basic repair taking over two weeks to happen, with no attempt at urgency or priority?This product has proven to be unreliable, and the customer service has been just as disappointing. I would not recommend purchasing any Frigidaire product, especially if you're counting on it to last longer than a few months and be backed by timely support.

Purchased at Lowes, they delivered, in under 4 months fridge and freezer both not working, Frididaire sent 1st repair person 11/13 repair co said replace but Manuf. Master said to replace compressor, they sent part, sent out 2nd technician who yet again said to replace appliance, Frigidaire dragged their heels from 12l/19 untill today to acknowledge tec report or photos, I have spent 4+ hours trying to resolve this, now 6+ weeks no fridge they are pushing to schedule another company to look at fridge, a 3rd visit and more time with no fridge......All for a fridge that was $600+- to begin with. They have spent more on parts, shippping, 2 tec visits than appliance cost, ABSURD!!!!!! No one at 800-374-4432 calls back, follows up, no managers available to talk, cant escalate call, they drop calls, want to repeat whole situation every time I have to call even though they are "recording" and taking notes on all calls, but they dont know what happened with previous calls, this is running in circles I assume so I stop calling and give up! I have used Frigidare products my entire life. I build an apartment building and purchased all Frigidare appliances for those, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and stove/oven combo. I have never had a problem with any of them. The last refrigerator that I purchased for my office replaced a 23 year old Refrigerator that was still working, but just thought I would get a new one. They are the best.

I ordered this frig for my kitchen, but you can tell it was designed for garage usage but the bare minimum design. The ice maker was optional, which I expected but no deli drawers was not. It's not even an accessory you order from Frigidaire. Thank goodness for Amazon.

I bought a Frigidaire in August of 2024, 3 months later it stopped keeping my food cold. I had to throw out everything that was in both the freezer and fridge. I called the Frigidaire Help Center and the person that answered the phone told me that the earliest that someone could come to my house was 8 days later. I was given a work order # and a phone number to confirm my appointment. As soon as I got off the phone, I called the number, and the number didn't work. I called the Help Center back and got a different person. That person stated that I didn't need to confirm my appointment because they had booked it for me and the technician would call me on the day of the appointment. I asked why would the last person give me a nonworking phone number to call? She asked for the number and said she called it, and that an answering machine picked up. She assured me that I had an appointment on the indicated day because I had a work order number. I tried the phone number again right after I got off the phone with her and it still didn't work. 10 days later, no one has shown up, no one has called me, I tried the number again and it still didn't work, I have no working refrigerator, and I called the Frigidaire Help Center to see when the person is going to show up and fix my 3 month old refrigerator. I was informed that there was no one in my area that could come to fix my refrigerator, and I was going to have to wait another 3 to 5 business days for someone to call me to book another appointment, which will be at least another week without a refrigerator. The new help center person stated that they had to contract an outside repair person to fix my Frigidaire and that she had contacted their SLA Team to take care of that quickly for me and then stated that it would take 3 to 5 business days before they would contact me. I don't think the Frigidaire Company understands what quickly is. I kept asking her how I could have an appointment with a company that doesn't work for them or maybe it was that they didn't service the area that I live in, I don't know because I could not always understand what she was saying to me because of her accent. I have now not had a working refrigerator for over 9 days, and I don't know how long I have to wait. If I was you, I would not buy any Frigidaire products due to the poor work quality of their product and the very, very poor owner support. I am awaiting a phone call from the help center person's supervisor, none were available because they were all in a staff meeting, so that they could explain to me why I was still without a working refrigerator. The help center stated that I may not get I call back due to the high volume of calls that they were receiving. I told them that I would take a call at anytime, the help center person stated that they would take note of that. ONCE AGAIN, DON'T BUY ANY FRIGIDAIRE PRODUCT!! YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO! I KNOW THAT I AM AND WILL BE FOR AS LONG AS I OWN IT.

Style! Sleek! Sensational! My Mom had a Frigidaire freezer when I was very young. She would make special candies at Christmastime and we would try to sneak one! But she knew every time because the freezer door had a squeak!!! She got that freezer second hand and it was still working like a charm long after I left home! I love my new Frigidaire Top Freezer Refrigerator! My old refrigerator had the freezer on the bottom and it was so difficult to find things. The shelves were small and, while there were more shelves on the door in the old one, they were too close together and didn't allow for taller items. I'm so much happier with this refrigerator.
