Bought this unit 1.5 years ago had 1 repairable issue was taken care of by service tech i showed him the rust developing on the sides of the doors,he scratched his head called fridgedaire direct,told them what he saw ,there reply,,sorry thats cosmetic, wait ,what? Cosmetic.....since when does stainless steel rust?Oh I know, when the units are manufactured in Mexico.1300.00 bucks for stainless steel that rust...NEVER AGAIN ILL BE GOING WITH SAMSUNG.

I hate my Frigidaire refrigerator so far. I just purchased it in March 2022. I have emailed you 2 or 3 times and had a repair guy tell me there is nothing he can do. The ice maker is so loud, it grinds and makes a cranking sound over and over whether it dumps ice or not. According to the repair guy it™™s a product, brand issue. What?! It™™s 2022 and we can™™t make a better product than this? That™™s is unacceptable. The price of this appliance is misleading since it would appear to be top notch but it™™s no where near that!

Simply put, Frigidaire makes inferior products. We bought this fridge in July 2021. It's June 2022 and we are waiting on our 3rd ice maker and the fan or something is accelerating from the fridge that it sounds like it's going to blow up. The "customer service" from Frigidaire are pretty much useless and incompetent. Save yourself the money and headache and get a different, superior product other than what they make.

Terrible product. 3 months of use and the ice maker drops 5 cubics of ice for 1 hour or never. Be aware of this product. Contacted Home Depot and no help because I purchased from them.

After two months of producing ice quickly, it's now only producing a load about every 1 1/2 hours. Freezer interior temp. Is 14 degrees. At this temp, it should produce at least 2 loads per hour.

I bought this fridge in October of 2022. It is inexpensive and small but it does a great job until you hit the 6 month point and water filter wears out. That is when the challenge of finding one becomes begins. I've visited, Lowes, Home Depot and Amazon (ordered the wrong one with them) in hopes of finding one only to learn that this particular filter has been replaced by another, which happens to be on backorder by everyone. Frigidaire's website wasn't much help but I finally found them on a hinky looking website that uses PayPal. Fingers crossed. Except for the hunt for a water filter, Its a good fridge. I'd buy another.

Although our new refrigerator is smaller than its predecessor and we're still figuring out what goes where, we have been very pleased with its performance. The only thing I would suggest is one more shelf as I find myself with too much empty vertical space.

Only had it for a month but it works fine. Ice maker is really loud but makes lots of ice. One day the ice selector button did not work for cubes so we only had crushed. Worked fine following day.

My new fridge is wonderful. I love the square doors. It really looks good. At first I didn't know why the motor ran as much as it did. But I read that it ran for a reason, so now I don't notice it as much. It is a lot smaller than the last Fridgdaire that I had but it is big enough. Love it.

My fridge leaks, and is extremely noisy. Called customer service to get the run around. Finally had someone come out to "fix" the fridge. Turns out it's discontinued and a known problem to Frigidaire. Still nothing about getting me my new fridge. I had to order food for the holidays because nothing stays frozen.

We replaced a Kenmore bottom drawer freezer with saloon doors with the Frigidaire; we like the Frigidaire much better. The bottom drawer freezer continually iced up! The left saloon door had a ™flap™™ that could be damaged and was a pain. Only 1 standard gallon of milk could be stored with the kenmore. A much larger ice tray is in the Frigidaire.

We purchased this refrigerator in July of 2021. In august we began to notice ice forming around the bottom of the tray. Shortly after that my husband found a spring in his drink. Someone was sent out to look at the ice maker and that™™s all that™™s been done. We were told the ice maker had to be replaced, it would be sent directly to us and to call and schedule the install. The date of the install is mid January. No other resolution has been offered and quite frankly this is unacceptable considering how long we™™ve been without an ice maker on a refrigerator that is still under factory warranty.

We previously had a Frigidaire refrigerator for many years, so naturally believed a new one would be a wise purchase. Let me tell you, we could not be more wrong/disappointed in this one. In less than two weeks time of owning this brand new refrigerator it completely stopped working. This happened after it was making horrible noises for one week. It magically started working again, but of course it continues to make extremely loud noises. About one week later, it again started to not work, the temperature dropped, the constant beeping of the warning bells are just too much. I have never been more disappointed in an appliance as I have in this one. Each time it makes a loud noise, we expect it to stop working. As I write this, it is working, so fingers crossed. I honestly don't know what to do with it, we needed a refrigerator immediately and this was the only one available for quick delivery, I am beginning to understand why no one wanted one of these. Buyer beware, do not purchase!

We had originally purchased the gallery series refrigerator. When we were unable to get it in a timely manner, we opted for this one. Unfortunately it is non smudge proof like the gallery series. This is a bit of a problem at our beach condo since it is used by many people including children. in addition it did not come with a meat and cheese drawer which was a disappointment. Other than that , a good refrigerator.

I love my new fridge. We have a big family and my old fridge was always crowded. This fridge easily holds everything we need. The fan circulates cool air to keep all food fresh. I love the water and ice dispenser. It comes with a handy nightlight that I find very helpful. The inside door panel has easy controls to help with insuring proper temperatures. It also shows you the condition of your filters. I'm so happy with my new fridge.

Freezer door has a bulge in it at the ice and water dispensing area the tech had to put a temporary spacer between the switch and the back of paddle. I had to call them back after we loss the use of ice and water again and he discovered a bad valve switch. Both the replacement door and valve are on back order, your immediate attention to have these back orders filled would be greatly appreciated. Better quality control probably would have prevented these problems with your new products.

We bought this last month after our fridge freezer went out and little did we know apparently our fridge portion wasn™™t working either! This new Frigidaire looks amazing and keeps our food perfectly cold and our frozen food perfectly frozen! There is a plethora of space and the crisper boxes work amazingly! My phone wife™™s favorite part is the cheese drawer!! We came from a Kenmore fridge and now i don™™t think I™™ll ever buy a fridge if it™™s not a Frigidaire!

Just upgraded our 20+ year old side by side and there is no looking back. We loved that this 33 in fridge fit perfectly into our tight space not to mention the sleek exterior. The shelving and drawer space was well placed. We also love the tiny icecubes. We have no complaints.

We™™ve really enjoyed the side-by-side model in our small kitchen. It™™s nice to open the fridge door and be able to walk through the kitchen without having to close the door first. The interior light is nice and not overpowering. The exterior light on the water/ice dispenser is a nice touch too! There™™s plenty of space and we love the adjustable door shelves to fit taller containers such as a wine bottle.It also looks very sleek. Really happy with it so far!

I absolutely love my new refrigerator. I don't have room in my kitchen for a large refrigerator and this one is just the right size. It still has the features you would want such as ice and water dispenser located in the door. I love the size of the ice cubes and the crushed ice is fantastic. It also has 2 drawers in the bottom of the refrigerator for produce as well as door bins large enough to hold mile and 2 liter drinks as needed. The only thing it doesn't have is a deli drawer. I didn't realize this until I got it home and installed, but I put a small bin on the shelf to put my lunch meats in. The freezer has a good bit of room for the size.

Not wanting to take out a second mortgage to buy a refrigerator, this was a very good value. The ice maker has a good capacity and filled up pretty quickly. It comes with a place to insert an air filter but did not include the air filter which would have been nice. Didn™™t realize it doesn™™t have a deli drawer but I can order one. Still happy with it.

My new Frigidaire refrigerator/freezer was delivered and installed today. It looks great. A feature I appreciate is that it is 33" wide instead of the standard 36" wide. It fits perfectly in the slightly-smaller-than-usual space in my kitchen for the refrigerator. What a great feature for those living in smaller houses/apartments! It's an attractive unit. It looks very nice with my black and stainless steel appliances. Both the refrigerator and freezer have ample room for food. I like that I can adjust various shelves to different positions to accommodate taller items. I love my new Frigidaire appliance and look forward to using it for many years to come .
