Instructions are misleading

Received the riser, everything was in good condition but missing installation instructions. According to the instructions online it needs to have brackets, also it doesn™€™t come with rubber feet so it™€™s just metal screws on your floor. I called and was told that was all that was included, after coming to the conclusion the representative I talked to could not help, I asked to start a return. After a few minutes of occasional questions about my information they ended the call. Very disappointed

A bit complicated

We're enthused about this product as it is ventless and will fit in our available space better than a side by side. We understand that it will take longer to dry but we're getting used to the features. I think the instructions can be more clear, like do tis, then, do that, to accomplish applying certain features.

Beware: 7" riser is not advised for use w combo.

Page 3 of the manual states the GFR0728 riser is NOT advised for use with the Combo. So why would you show the 7" riser with combo in every ad or promotion? I am guessing it is not advised because it contributes to the rocking? Installers said they leveled my maching but they didn't. Can't use my new machine until resolved. The rear leg is up a 1/2 off the ground.

Missing parts and calling GE support is useless.

Manual page 4 ... "Locate the 4 legs from the parts package" (i.e. leveling legs) Manual page 1 ... 'Kit' contents show no legs and no legs are included I will have the installers set the washer/dryer on wood so it doesn't damage the floor. Then I will buy leveling legs from McMaster Carr.
