Professional delivery and installation is available for every product we sell. We would be happy to coordinate delivery and installation for you.

Extended warranties are usually very inexpensive and can save you thousands in the future. Some can even cover extra costs that result, such as cost of food that spoils when your fridge dies. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.

Appliances can be large, heavy and expensive. You probably don't have the special tools or expertise needed to fix them in a crisis. If you can spare a few thousand dollars without batting an eyelash for new appliances should they break tomorrow, don't buy a warranty. But if you're like most of us, protect yourself by purchasing inexpensive extended warranties when you buy a new product and save yourself big money in the long run.

Love my new dishwasher

Sta96 9/16/2026

Aside from the fact that my dishwasher is aesthetically beautiful on the outside the inside design, in my opinion, is second to none. First let™™s take a moment to appreciate that top rack that holds all our smaller odds and ends kitchen tools like spatulas, thermo tumbler covers etc Then in addition there are two decent typical racks that hold a fair amount. This machine also has some pretty cool functions like pro wash and express to rinse only and runs quieter than any other I™™ve ever had. Well done Ktchenaid.

Disappointed in KitchenAid and "hidden expenses"

Dr. Mike 9/10/2026

I assumed that this product would arrive with a power cord as without a power cord, the dishwasher is worthless. When I called about a problem with installation, customer support directed me to the website and Installation Considerations. The website indicated hoses were included. The power cord was specifically not included. My error was not being obsessive about carefully reviewing all features and non-features. I am amazed and disappointed that a power cord was not included. This caused a problem with the company that I was paying to install the dishwasher. Also, not included and not mentioned on the website was that a Connector Valve and a Water Valve Adaptor was not included. This presented another difficulty with the installation. I am disappointed in KitchenAid. I was also highly frustrated as the installation company did not have the parts needed to complete the installation which lead to time being wasted and extra expenses. In my mind, the KitchenAid "sale" for this dishwasher was no bargain.

Good KitchenAid Product

TrueSF 9/4/2026

I have multiple kitchenaid products so purchased this to match my other appliances. There are multiple models that fall under the KitchenAid brand but I was looking for the least expensive match and this met the requirement. It is very quiet and gets the dishes done. So happy to be using this rather than the dying one it replaced.

Great value and features

gfcgirlforever 9/1/2026

We do recommend this. We love the third rack at the top. Great use of space. The steel inside was a step up from our previous one with plastic. It is very quiet and dries very well. It fits a lot of dishes and glasses. We do like how it opens to finish the drying cycle on its own. My only wish is that the utensil rack could be moved to the front as it is kind of a pain to have slide the bottom rack out every time to put in utensils. When it's in the front you just have to crack open the door to put dirty ones in. The door also takes some additional pressure to open all the way once it gets half open. Overall though I'd recommend and the value for the price is excellent.

Cleans well, self open on Pro Dry Max

jesh 8/4/2026

So far it cleans really well. Runs a bit louder than expected. Not the motor but the sloshing of the water. Love that it self opens but wasn't clear how to make that happen from the instructions. But selecting Pro Dry Max seems to trigger the self-open. I wish that feature were more obvious to select. Seems like it holds a lot of dishes but is weirdly missing the tines in the middle of the bottom basket.

Wash Recirculation motor fails

Brad-2020 7/30/2026

Just shy of 2 years old and the wash/recirculation motor fails! 2 years old! No the filters weren't clogged or the terrible design/engineering of the internal spinning filter either. No ohms on the motor. Want me to spend more money for diagnostics, and then more money on the installation from their sevice folks! No thanks! So with 2 years old and purchased at $856.93, ran every 3 to 4 days at most but I'll give it every 3 days just to prove a point! Here we go, Thats only 243 loads of dishes for a family of 4! In 2 years! Folks, I highly, highly recommend anyone but kitchen aid! I'll give you this, it cleans dishes great when it did work but I'll spend less money on a dishwasher this go around, just expect no more than 2 years with this junk. Do trust pilot reviews, you'll see, 1.3 for a reason. Sure, this sites reviews are all brand new and happy, give it time. Don't say I didn't try to save your wallet and frustration!

Great clean, dishes roll

C-bus mike 7/18/2026

This dishwasher has great capacity, cleans very well, and is pretty quiet. I like the thorough drying this dishwasher does. My issue is the crossbars on the bottom rack are too close together so my dishes tend to roll out of position if I don™™t push the rack back in very gently. Just a nuisance.

The Kitchen Aid was recommended by the technician who came out to try to fix our 8 year old Whirlpool DW. Best recommendation you can get! The capacity on this model is very good. I like the upper utensil tray much more than our last DW. Keeps silverware separated and on it's side.

Mu only gripe is that there are 3 wash setting & thre 1st one takes 5 hours, 2nd one takes 41/2 hours & the 3rd express one takes 11/2 hour so I want my dishes clran but at 4-5 hours - I assumed that kit hen aid would have shorter wash times for really cleaning but thats on me for not asking before I bought. Other than that, it is fine.

Limited loading flexibility

DisappointedKitchenAidFan 12/3/2025

I have always loved my Kitchen Aid products until I got this dishwasher. My previous dishwasher broke two days before Thanksgiving so we replaced it with this model. There is no flexibility in the racks and I am having to wash 2-3 loads in order to wash the same number of dishes. My previous machine offered the ability to lay down some of the tines or to adjust the width of the spacing. There is also less stability for my glasses because of less depth of the top drawer and different spacing of the framework making up the racks. This has caused several of my glasses to fall over in the wash cycle and I have had to run them through another cycle. Overall I av very disappointed with a brand I have loved in the past.
